Love-Test – a digital service providing users with astrological compatibility analysis via the Telegram bot and the website love-test.net.
Website – all pages accessible at https://love-test.net and its subpages.
Bot – the Telegram bot @lovetestnetbot used to access and purchase services.
Infographic – a visual compatibility result provided in PNG format.
AI Analysis – a textual compatibility breakdown generated using neural network technologies.
User – an individual voluntarily using the website and/or bot, providing their data for compatibility calculations.
2.1 All calculations and content generation are performed automatically on the server based on the data entered by the user.
2.2 The user agrees to provide accurate information (date, place, and time of birth).

As part of promotional activities, the Service may offer participation in regular contests and promo code giveaways, the terms of which are published on the official Telegram channel.

3.6 Fees and Payment Confirmation. The user is responsible for any fees charged by their bank, payment system, or cryptocurrency network. Access to the service is granted automatically after successful payment confirmation.
3.7 Refunds. Since Love-Test services are digital informational products and are provided automatically, refunds are generally not available after the result has been delivered. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the data entered when ordering the service, including date, time, and place of birth. Errors made by the User when filling out the form (including those caused by inattention) do not constitute grounds for a refund or for re-providing the service free of charge, as the result is generated automatically based on the data provided. In exceptional cases, the Service may, at its sole discretion, consider the possibility of a refund or result correction after the User contacts customer support.
4.1 The data entered by users (date, place, and time of birth) are used solely to generate the result and are not stored in a permanent database. In certain cases, the user’s form may be temporarily cached in the Telegram bot’s memory, allowing users to order another service without re-entering their data. This information is not reused outside the active session and may be automatically deleted due to inactivity, updates, or server memory clearing.
